Bio
Dionne is a 25+ year veteran of sales and leadership predominantly in B2B tech, hardware, software, and professional services. As a practitioner, her teams consistently made their numbers and grew in responsibility in every company. She started RbD in 2014 to take these proven strategies that work to more companies so they too could start and scale their teams the right way the first time.
She believes in people over profit and is passionate about bridging the gap between Strategy and Execution. She also believes in making the work a better place one team at a time and living out the purpose every chance she gets! Her clients consistently see 30% - 50% growth in sales, conversion through the funnel and even metrics that weren’t originally included!
Dionne was raised in the raised in a Midwestern military family and learned early on that efficiency was a key factor in being effective and productive. She credits her upbringing for giving her the tools to strategize, plan, and manage expectations in both her personal and business life. She now lives with her family in Southern California and enjoys watching her son in Special Olympics and her daughter compete as an Aerial Artist (think Cirque de Soleil) around the country! She and husband enjoy spending time outdoors and hiking together and with their Doberman Scout and little rescue dog Bentley.
